Professional background
With twenty years of experience in UK higher education, my leadership path has been dynamic and purposeful. In 2007, I joined the Royal Academy of Music, progressing through student-focused roles and developing critical leadership, management, and mentoring skills.
By 2019, and age 38, I had joined the Senior Management Team as Registrar and Director of Student Operations.
I balance my role at the Academy with working with a small number of coaching clients, bringing current, real-world leadership insights into our coaching conversations.
I'm constantly questioning, learning, challenging myself, and I like to keep busy. I am currently counting down to my 100th Parkrun and training to be an independent celebrant!
